Client & Location Information:
This community pharmacy is located on the east coast of the Spencer Gulf in South Australia, approximately 220 km north of Adelaide. Based in Port Pirie, the pharmacy serves a tight-knit community and offers the chance to explore the town's rich heritage and vibrant arts scene. The surrounding region, including Mount Remarkable National Park and Solomontown Beach, provides an ideal setting for those who enjoy outdoor adventures and coastal living.
Job Specification:
Join a long-established and trusted pharmacy group as a Pharmacist in this fixed-term role, running through to March 2026. In this position, you\'ll be responsible for the accurate preparation, dispensing, and management of medications. You\'ll also provide expert patient counselling, administer vaccinations, and deliver professional services with a personable and community-focused approach. You\'ll be working alongside 2-3 pharmacy assistants and 1-2 dispensary technicians, with sole pharmacist duties required only on Saturdays.
Skills Required:
- Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently when required.
- Experience with Z Dispense is advantageous.
- Ability to manage and check Webster packs
Salary & Benefits:
