Key responsibilities include: Preparing and cooking nutritious meals for residents Catering for special dietary requirements (e.g. modified textures, allergies, cultural needs) Following food safety, hygiene and infection control standards Menu planning and stock control Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised kitchen Working collaboratively with kitchen staff and care teams About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience as a Cook in aged care or healthcare Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP principles Understanding of special diets and texture-modified meals Ability to work effectively in a team environment A genuine interest in supporting older people Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Diploma Click Apply Now to submit your resume.
