The Role
We're seeking a motivated
Receptionist & Office Support
team member who will be the welcoming face and voice of STA.
This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, professional, and organised – someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in creating a positive client experience while keeping the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Being the first point of contact – greeting clients, managing calls, and scheduling appointments.
Providing administrative support to our team.
Managing emails, correspondence, and ATO communications.
Preparing invoices and processing payments.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintaining client databases and assisting with document management.
General admin support as required.
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Previous experience in reception or office administration (professional/financial services experience highly regarded).
A professional, courteous manner and excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to prioritise, problem solve, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Competence with Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems.
A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine commitment to client service.
