Customer Support Specialist Role
The Customer Support Specialist will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by being involved in various aspects of the home loan process from post-approval to settlement stage.
* Contacting home loan customers with overdue payments and accurately recording contact and agreements.
* Conducting assessments through discussion and correspondence with customers experiencing financial difficulty, including negotiation of timely repayment arrangements for clearance of arrears.
* Assisting with system reporting and data requirements, as well as general administration support.
* Ensuring compliance with legislative, policy, and procedural requirements, including completing hindsight audit reports on credit decisioning.
* Providing instructions to Mercantile Agents when necessary and Solicitors to commence recovery proceedings when required.
Key Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work with customers under financial stress, and analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
