Experience required
Must have experience with and be able to demonstrate sound technical knowledge of the Ideal Work range of micro topping products and their installation.
Must be able to competently recommend and specify Ideal Work systems to the Australian market.
Must be able to prepare full and thorough documentation to ensure clients are fully informed and supported by any literature provided by Hychem.
Must be able to demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge for these products and their performance under many different situations in various environments.
Must have experience in organising, planning and holding training & demonstration events for multiple contractors at once.
Must be able to build, develop & manage a client base of contractors, designers, architects, builders, etc.
Must have a good overall knowledge of competitors products and offerings.
Must be able to facilitate customer orders, manage stock levels, anticipate product needs, market trends, etc.
Must be willing to travel interstate regularly with some occasional international travel.
Must be computer literate and able to develop and manage online training.
Needs to be a reliable, committed team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to contribute.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
