The role of a Housekeeping Supervisor is pivotal in motivating and leading the dedicated Housekeeping Team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities include preparing morning reports, assisting the Head of Department with productivity and motivation, and coordinating work activities on a shift-to-shift basis.
Key objectives include maintaining productivity, ensuring all department procedures are followed, and completing daily tasks according to company standards.
* Prepare accurate reports as required by the head of department.
* Conduct regular checks of all areas of the property to ensure that all facilities are being cleaned and maintained according to Work Health and Safety regulations.
* Assist in controlling all housekeeping inventory, including chemicals, linen and supplies.
* Assist guests with all enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information to guests about property facilities and features.
Requirements
* Exceptional attention to detail with previous Housekeeping leadership experience.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
* A quick thinker, who can think on the spot to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible.
