As a Chief Operations Office Trainee in the Chief Operations Office Indigenous Academy, you will undertake a 12-month full-time traineeship, with the potential to transition into a permanent role upon successful completion.
You will receive on-the-job training complemented by accredited Certificate studies in Business.
You will be part of a team dedicated to running, improving, and transforming processes that benefit our customers.

As a Trainee, you will engage in processes that provide critical services for our customers, such as establishing and discharging loans, processing payments and grants, and verifying details to progress product applications.
Key qualities we seek include:
A keen eye for detail and curiosity to seek clarification.
Strong organizational skills and accurate reporting abilities.
Care, courage, commitment, and energetic participation in team meetings.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
A desire to learn more about the organization and develop project skills.
