As Nurse Manager, you will:

* Oversee clinical standards, patient safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Manage human, financial, and physical resources to achieve service outcomes.

* Act as a role model and mentor, supporting staff growth and engagement.
What We're Looking For
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Advanced knowledge and experience in medical ward nursing and contemporary nursing management.
* Strong leadership and decision‑making skills with a focus on patient‑centred care.
* Ability to build productive networks and lead change in a dynamic environment.
* Postgraduate qualifications and credentialing with the Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA) are highly desirable.
$122,365 to $129,060 per annum + super + penalty rates + salary packaging
