What You'll Be Doing
* Responsible for the design and development of modifications or extensions to the specific applications
* Responsible for coding, unit testing and creating supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics based solutions
* Designing and delivering solutions
* Developing, configuring, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs
* Develop reporting and integrations as part of the solution
* Providing technical analysis, resolution and troubleshooting of solutions provided to the customers
* Gains understanding of customer's needs and collaborates with other team members to complete design and testing documentation
* Provides technical input in creating functional specifications when customizations or extensions are needed

Technical Requirements
* 5+ years' Portal development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
* Dynamics 365 CRM customisation (Power Automate, Plugins, JavaScript, workflow, custom web resources, PCF control)
* Dynamics 365 CRM security and administration
* Integration with D365 CRM (Logic App, Azure Function App, Web App, Service Bus, General Azure knowledge)
* Data Migration with Dynamics 365 (SSIS Kingswaysoft, Azure Data Factory, migration using custom code)
* SharePoint to Dynamics 365 Knowledge Base Migration
* General .NET development skills
* Experience with agile delivery and the use of Azure DevOps
* Dynamics 365 Apps, with a strong understanding of Customer Service and Knowledge Management modules
* Power App Canvas App
* Experience with Power BI
* Must have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self‐motivated
* Must be able to communicate with and present to a variety of different audiences
* Have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
