The Role
A unique and varied role which will provide immense career satisfaction for the right candidate. You will be working closely with the Director to provide leadership and support to a team of Bookkeepers. You will be integral in ensuring that clients receive the optimum in service from the firm. Your duties will include:
Training and mentoring of the firm’s Team Leaders
Management of the team including setting and reviewing of targets
Overseeing workflow management
Management of the client experience from onboarding to implementing improvements if needed
Monitoring and maintaining quality across the firm in all aspects of client interactions
Identify system and process improvement opportunities
Manage resourcing across the firm
Work with the team to ensure optimum use of systems are in place to maximise efficiency
Manage the KPI process across the team
Work closely with management to provide regular updates and reports
About You
It is essential that you have experience working in either a public practice accounting firm or a bookkeeping firm. You will also have experience working Xero Practice Manager. Ideally you will be:
