Overview
The Control Systems Engineer is responsible for managing the protected, reliable and effective operation of the site's controls and automation systems.
Responsibilities
Asset management and identifying and executing improvement projects.
Providing technical and statutory guidance to the team.
Programming and conducting performance system evaluations.
Ensuring the safety, security and integrity of process control systems from physical and cyber intrusion.
Qualifications
Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Process Engineering with substantial experience in automation.
Dynamic engineer with in-depth knowledge of Rockwell Automation PLCs, Yokogawa Centum VP DCS, Siemens S7 PLC, HMI design, Plant SCADA systems, Industrial Communication Networks, Telemetry Systems, Alarm Management and OSISoft PI Plant Historian.
Ability to work with teams and a background in mining or heavy industry.
