The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be self-driven, and have a passion for serving others. They will be responsible for handling member requests, greeting members, and ensuring that all customer needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction.
In addition to providing exceptional customer service, the successful candidate will also be responsible for the day-to-day running of the studio, including administration, answering phones, and managing member retention activities.

To be considered for this position, you should have at least 6 months of experience in retail, sales, recruitment, or customer service. Full training will be provided, and there will be opportunities to teach classes if desired.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of $47,500-$52,000 per year. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a gym membership and performance-based bonuses.
We offer a flexible schedule with 8-hour shifts and the ability to work autonomously. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people and contribute to creating a positive and supportive work environment.
