The Role
Reporting to the Corporate Services Coordinator, the Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of Sentinel's Brisbane office and maintaining key administrative and financial coordination processes.
You will be a key point of contact across the office, ensuring documentation is accurate, processes are followed, and operational administration is delivered with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and refine document control, filing systems and status reporting
* Assist with the preparation and coordination of project documentation, including budgets, tenders, contracts, Capex and purchase orders
* Liaise with Finance regarding invoices, contract payments and funding drawdowns
* Process and track Capex applications through internal approval systems
* Raise and review purchase orders in accordance with internal procedures
* Monitor and coordinate monthly timesheet completion
* Arrange travel bookings and prepare expense claims
* Support the onboarding of new team members
* Assist with the coordination of company events
* Provide general administrative support to the Brisbane office
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrated experience in office administration within a professional environment
* Strong attention to detail with a systematic and structured approach
* High level of computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
* Demonstrated experience in Sharepoint
* Well-developed organisational and time management skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to prioritise effectively and deliver within deadlines
* Professional discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
* A proactive mindset with strong follow-through
