We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team as a Junior or Apprentice Gardener. Details:
* Days: Monday to Friday (Full-Time/Apprenticeship)
* Pay: $22-$25 per hour
* Location:Various garden sites across Sydney, NSW
What You'll Do
Your primary duties will be essential to creating and maintaining stunning outdoor spaces:
* Basic Garden Maintenance: Planting, weeding, mulching, and lawn care.
* Plant Care: Watering, basic pruning, and monitoring plant health.
* Equipment Operation: Learning to safely use basic gardening tools and equipment.
* Site Cleanup: Debris removal and keeping work areas tidy.
* Team Support: Working cooperatively with senior team members to complete tasks.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Experience & Skills:
* A strong interest in horticulture (personal gardening experience is valued).
* Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform manual tasks.
* A positive, willing-to-learn attitude and the ability to follow instructions.
* Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
* A valid Australian driver's license is preferred.
