They are known for their collaborative culture, innovative design solutions and commitment to creating tailored workplace and retail environments.Due to continued growth they are seeking two new additions to their team - a Graduate / Junior Interior Designer (0–3 yrs) and a Mid-Level Interior Designer (3–6 yrs).
These roles will suit ambitious designers who are eager to contribute to high-profile projects in a supportive and dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and deliver projects from concept through to construction, with increasing autonomy depending on levelResearch, specify and document finishes, fixtures, furniture and materials in alignment with client briefs and sustainability goalsCreate and coordinate design documentation, Revit models, presentations, and sample boardsLiaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality outcomesContribute to design implementation on site, assisting with addressing issues and monitoring complianceCollaborate closely with senior designers, project managers, and wider delivery teamsSkills & ExperienceQualifications in Interior Design or Interior ArchitectureRevit, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite skillsStrong design sensibility with sound technical knowledge of codes, compliance and construction methodsExcellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in client engagement (mid-level role)Collaborative, proactive and adaptable mindset with eagerness to learn (junior role)A passion for workplace design, sustainability and innovative solutionsWhat's on OfferJoin a respected practice with a 30-year legacy in workplace and retail interiorsStructured and supportive career development, mentoring and progression opportunitiesExposure to end-to-end project delivery with real project ownershipPermanent full time roles in Brisbane studio
