In this role, you'll be responsible for:
* Re-establishing and confirming customer needs
* Conducting thorough needs analyses and presenting solutions that meet the customer's business requirements
* Helping the retention team collect and analyze feedback from customers
* Assisting with the development and implementation of appropriate retention strategies for various customer segments
The successful candidate will have:
* Fluent Korean language skills
* Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities
* Proven experience resolving issues and proposing solutions
* Strong customer service and negotiation skills
* Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM (advantageous)
