As an EL1 Scrum Master, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding agile delivery teams, coordinating project activities, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with product owners, domain leads, and cross-functional squads to ensure project outcomes align with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables using agile and waterfall approaches.
* Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
* Coach team members in agile frameworks and scrum practices.
* Guide development teams to higher levels of scrum maturity.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests.
* Build a productive team environment with clear accountability.
* Monitor project progress, maintain RAID logs, and escalate concerns as needed.
* Ensure governance aligns with agency frameworks and standards.
Desirable Skills
* Flexibility to support squad needs beyond core responsibilities.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience using project management tools and templates.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Bring
