Depending on your experience, you will oversee 15 to 20+ dwellings simultaneously, coordinating trades, scheduling materials, and managing all site activities from civil groundwork through to final handover.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where your technical expertise, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills will be essential in delivering homes on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities - Manage 15 to 20+ residential builds concurrently - Supervise all on-site trades and oversee construction phases - Coordinate job scheduling, materials, and subcontractors - Liaise with internal teams, including Estimators and Drafters - Lead and support site staff while ensuring compliance with safety standards - Troubleshoot and resolve construction and design challenges as they arise What You'll Need - Certificate III in Carpentry or Bricklaying (essential) - Certificate IV in Building & Construction (essential) - A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in residential construction - Strong background in volume or project home building - Proven ability to manage multiple sites and teams - Valid Driver's License Benefits - Work with an experienced and supportive team and management - Access to ongoing training and professional development - Long-term, stable role with a growing company About the Company Our client is a respected name in the residential building industry, with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
