As a member of the teaching team within the Technology and Design College, the roles' primary responsibility is to provide support to students and educators within the Information Communication Technology (ICT) Department, to facilitate learning and enable students to achieve their desired outcomes and qualifications.
You will be required to work with students from diverse backgrounds and utilise a range of interpersonal skills to support students to overcome learning barriers using internal and external frameworks for all student types.
The role of an Embedded Student Support Educator is diverse and key to student success.
The role requires experience in instructional practice, assessment, and developing quality learning resources.
The role involves liaising with educators, local industry, and the community to ensure the training provided to students is high quality and relevant to their needs.
As an educator, the role requires industry experience and relevant qualifications in the field of Network Administration, Network Infrastructure and Programming, as is demonstrated experience in teaching and mentoring.
