Responsibilities
Lead a crew of installers on spray foam/concrete lifting projects (residential and commercial)
Ensure proper setup, installation, and cleanup on each job site
Operate spray foam/concrete lifting equipment and ensure materials are installed correctly and safely
Provide on-site training to crew members to maintain quality and safety standards
Communicate effectively with homeowners and production managers
Complete necessary documentation including job reports, safety checklists, and daily logs
Maintain job site safety and PPE use
Manage tools, material, and equipment to minimize downtime and waste

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in spray foam/concrete lifting and chemical grouting applications, is required
Possesses strong leadership qualities with a talent for inspiring and directing others
Exceptional communication skills and a track record of cultivating positive working relationships
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Willingness to work evenings and some Saturdays as needed
