About The Role
Based in Lytton and reporting to the Sales Manager, the Internal Sales Representative will be responsible to manage and grow a number of Internal Accounts which involves Outbound tele-sales calls to Potential, Active, and Inactive accounts; Inbound sales enquiries; Regular reporting & analysis on your clients; Generating, sending and following up quotations; and booking meetings for Business Development Managers.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Making outbound calls to customers and prospects
* Handling inbound sales enquiries - phone, website, webchat.
* Working alongside Business Development Managers and booking appointments
* Logging details of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
About You
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar internal sales/customer support role
* Experience in cold calling and telemarketing
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with robust time & task management skills
* Competitive nature and hunger for sales
* Advanced proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
