This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.Initial 6+ month contract with likely extension paying between $1,000 - 1,100/day including super.Brisbane Airport location with flexibility to WFH 2 days per week.Our client, a national organisation within the aviation industry, is seeking a Business Analyst for their Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP).The ENMP will deliver updates to operational (mission critical) and corporate networks to ensure existing systems remain connected, supporting safe, efficient, and effective Air Navigation and Aviation Rescue and Fire Fighting services.This is a multi-year program to modernise their network, enabling a strategic change agenda. Over the next few years, ENMP will undertake an ambitious transformation to transition to a new IP network with terrestrial, microwave, and satellite components, moving to a managed service provider / vendor operated model.The Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering IT-enabled projects related to ENMP, with a focus on IT service transition/migration projects.Roles and responsibilities include:Applying contemporary Business Analysis and organisational change practices, such as requirements elicitation, business process mapping, stakeholder engagement workshops, and communicating project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.Maintaining relationships with key technical and business stakeholders, including compliance, systems, and reporting teams.Aligning activities to industry best practices and ASA processes.Engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs related to project delivery.Defining requirements and ensuring traceability using organisational standards and tools.Monitoring progress of work packages, deliverables, and products.Identifying and reporting risks and issues impacting service delivery and program performance.Developing artefacts to define organisational outcomes and resources needed.Planning with the Master Scheduler and maintaining a project schedule, including roles, resources, budget estimates, and constraints.Organising stage gate reviews in alignment with the EPMO process.Essential skills and experience:Australian citizenship and ability to obtain Baseline Clearance.Minimum 5 years' experience in programme and/or project delivery, especially related to service transition/migration.Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with ICT and business senior executives and stakeholders.Experience in interpersonal, consultative, organisational, and facilitation skills.Experience working with diverse project teams.High attention to detail and accuracy.Desirable skills and experience:Certification in BABOK or equivalent deep understanding of business analysis methodologies.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.To apply, please submit your resume in Word format quoting reference No. 244451 to kristy.coulter@hudson.com.
