Strong contract and stakeholder skills essential.A unique opportunity has become available for an experienced Contract Analyst to join a high-performing team supporting a major global product transition.
This role is central to a strategic initiative rollout across global regions.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the key point of contact for contract and product-related activities.
Lead workstreams aligned to phased product rollouts, managing both immediate and future deliverables.
Review, interpret, and manage commercial contracts ensuring obligations are met and risks mitigated.
Develop contingency plans based on contractual obligations to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
Drive process improvement, contributing to the development of a more structured and scalable discontinuation framework for future use.
Liaise closely with global and local stakeholders, including marketing, customer service, analytics, and bids & tenders teams.
Skills, Experience and Attributes: Experience in contract analysis or similar roles involving contract lifecycle management and commercial risk.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Demonstrated success in leading contract and product-related workstreams within large-scale or regulated industries.
Skilled in ERP systems (SAP), Salesforce, MS Dynamics and Advanced Excel proficiency coupled with a high level of attention to detail.
A self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
