The Opportunity We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Site Administrator to join our team at our Rockhampton operations assisting with the day-to-day site administration. This role will require working from a mine site approximately 30 minutes out of Rockhampton. What you'll be doing: Be the site contact for all travel bookings, journey management and communications. Source best price accommodation and transfer options Coordinate and Minute site meetings Execution of document control activity for major projects Safety tool and associated records administration Resource administration including medicals, training, and other site compliance requirements. Maintenance of training matrix's, renewals and currency Administration of online portals for site access Maintenance of personnel information and movements Ad hoc project requirements as they arise. Our ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate previous experience in the project or administration space and have a drive for forward thinking, organisation and information management. Required: Current open driver's license Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent, or suitable experience demonstrating the inherent administrative skills Knowledge and understanding of contracts in Mining or Electrical industries would be of advantage Demonstrated experience with MS Word, Excel, and Online portal management Open and clear communication style, with the ability to engage with employees, suppliers and clients The ability to be relied on, work remotely, and autonomously at times Willing to attend pre-employment medical Why CE Group?
