Working under the supervision of and in consultation with the Property Managers and Directors, the Assistant Commercial Property Manager will provide support across a range of property management functions, with a view to progressing toward managing their own portfolio.
This is an entry level/graduate position suitable for candidates looking to begin their career in commercial property management.
The successful candidate must obtain relevant real estate licenses or certifications within the required timeframe as specified by company policy.
Assist with the following tasks:
Daily rent receipting
Monitoring & controlling rental arrears and assisting with recovery
Processing invoices for payment and recovering outgoing from tenants as applicable
Receiving repair and maintenance requests
Liaising with tradespeople, obtaining quotes, and issuing work orders
Ensuring works are completed to standard
Preparing ingoing and outgoing condition reports
Assisting with scheduling and conducting routine annual property inspections
Assisting with end-of-lease make good negotiations & processing
Assisting with the preparation of property outgoings budgets and reconciliations
