Training and Change Lead for a 6 month contract based on the Gold Coast

Hays have partnered with an employer of choice based on the Gold Coast. They are looking to hire a Training and Change Lead for a 6 month contract.
Your new role
This role will support the implementation of business processes and technology role changes within the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing content, training, work instructions, and procedures aimed at facilitating the transition into BAU.
* Design and develop training programs tailored to the new business processes and technology roles.
* Create accessible and engaging training materials, both online and interactive modules.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
* Develop work instructions and procedures that support the new business processes and roles.
* Develop and deliver (if required) training sessions, both in-person and online, to various levels of staff.
* Design and develop user-friendly training materials and resources.
* Create detailed work instructions and procedures that facilitate the new business processes and roles.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make necessary adjustments.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs related to business processes and technology (specifically INFOR - Pathway).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical and training development, preferably in a corporate setting.
* Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
