Responsibilities
:
1. Answer all iing client enquiries and assist or transfer calls where appropriate
2. Provide accurate updates and information to clients within a timely manner and manage expectations
3. Manage the administration of all client files from open to close
4. Produce client correspondence and prepare court documents as requested
5. Arrange and manage diaries, appointments and meetings
6. Action all iing mail
7. Prepare bills for clients
8. Any other generalist administrative tasks as requested
The experience we are looking for
9. Experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a plaintiff law firm or assistant in a professional services firm is desirable
10. Excellent organisational and time management skills
11. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure
12. The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
13. Enthusiasm and initiative
14. Confidence in fast paced environments with tenacity to meet deadlines
15. High attention to detail
16. Excellent and tactfulmunication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)
17. Proven ability to build strong relationships
18. Able to use judgement about escalation of issues / information to Supervisor
19. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
