Job Description:
This role involves managing a busy front desk reception, liaising with patients, supporting doctors and medical staff, and general administration duties. The successful candidate will assist the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service and Reception Duties
2. Administrative Duties and Supporting the Practice Manager
3. Opening and Closing the Medical Centre
4. Fostering Professional Working Relationships with Team Members and Patients
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They must also have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Additionally, the candidate should have previous experience working in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting. Proficiency in Pracsoft/MedTech is highly desirable, but not essential.
