Description 
Position Description: 
- Understand the operations of the business to appropriately deliver administration support and function for the business 
- Liaise between different departments and provide support to internal stakeholders 
- Develop and implement administrative processes that align the two businesses 
- Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis 
- Prepare and provide periodical reporting to Reporting Manager on prospect, new and existing opportunities 
- Generating POs and receipting of goods in line with the company\'s procedures 
- Scanning and entering data 
- Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer and business outcomes 
Candidate's Profile 
Capability Profile: 
- Project Management, Waste Operations, Sales or Business qualifications or equivalent (desired but not essential) 
- 2+ years project management experience 
- Industry knowledge (desirable, not essential) 
- Commercial management 
- High level problem solving 
- Advanced IT literacy 
- Flexibility and adaptability 
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills 
- Must be able to work in Jandakot and Gingin (6503)
