Business Development Representative
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in growing sales and market share across strategically important retail customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans that deliver tangible results. You will work closely with our marketing, training, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and drive results across the Australian and New Zealand consumer retail channels.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales.
* Strong understanding of the Australian retail landscape — ideally in baby, health, or consumer care categories.
* Commercially savvy with experience managing pricing, promotional strategies, and profit margins.
* Skilled at building and executing account plans that deliver tangible results.
* Confident managing product launches, trade marketing, and retail-led engagement programs.
* A relationship builder who can engage, influence, and add value to major retail partners.
* Strategic and commercially minded, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
* Proactive, solutions-oriented, and self-directed. Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
