Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our project team in delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.
* Plan, coordinate, and control projects from inception to completion.
* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
* Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
* Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.

* Ensure efficient delivery of projects according to client requirements, on time and within budget.
* Provide direction to the site team to deliver production outcomes against project scope and production plan.
* Manage sub-contractors, including performance monitoring and financial management.
* Conduct regular site quality inspections and audits to assess compliance to HSEQ policies and procedures.
* Lead and manage team resources needed for project works.
* Provide update reporting against project KPI progress.
About You
* Experience in general mine site road maintenance.
* Experience in minor rehabilitation works.
* Strong knowledge of Mines Safety and Inspection Acts and Regulations.
* Proactive planning of works.
* Understanding of safety expectations in a mining environment.
* Team-first leadership style driving expectations from the front.
* Promote good work culture and good client relations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent time management with ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
* Tertiary qualifications desirable.
