The Social Media & Influencer Manager role at Sheet Society involves growing the brand presence and fostering positive sentiment across social channels. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing or brand marketing, with a strong creative eye and knowledge of content creator tools.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Ownership of the entire Sheet Society organic social channel mix, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
* Responsible for the performance of owned channels, defining success and ensuring strategic, commercial and brand goals are maintained.
* Build, create and maintain an organic social calendar to ensure all planned content is on-brand and relevant to the channel.
* Maintain and make use of levers that drive engagement and grow our audience, including brand partnerships, collaborations and competitions.
Influencer Management
Collaborate with influencers to brief, develop and approve creative content that resonates with their audience while aligning with Sheet Society brand objectives.
Community Management
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to define and execute the community management strategy, ensuring it addresses brand engagement objectives.
Performance, Insights & Reporting
Define the most important Social Media channel metrics and oversee channel reporting, communicating insights to the broader business on a weekly and monthly basis.
Leadership
Lead the way in improving how we work, driving continual improvement and staying ahead of trends and platform updates.
About You
* Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel social media strategies.
* A strong creative eye and knowledge of content creator tools.
* Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party scheduling/analytics tools.
* Community Engagement & Brand Voice – Skilled in managing audience interactions and maintaining brand tone across platforms.
