Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager - Food & Beverage to oversee all food and beverage operations across the hotel. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, driving revenue growth, maintaining high service standards, and leading a motivated team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations of bars, restaurants and function and events services
· Lead, train, and develop F&B managers, supervisors and team members to ensure service excellence
· Manage staffing levels, rostering, and labour costs to meet budget targets
· Collaborate with Chef’s and Sales / Events team on promotions, and special events
· Analyse financial reports, forecasts, and KPIs to drive profitability
· Maintain high guest review scores by promptly resolving concerns and implementing service improvements
· Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3–5 years of progressive F&B management experience, preferably within a hotel environment
· Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and cost controls
· Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
