About Our Team
The TikTok LIVE UX team is responsible for the product design of TikTok LIVE, focusing on core structure, revenue, e-commerce, game features, and payment functionalities. Our goal is to enhance user experience and improve product efficiency. We are seeking a product designer to improve the payment transaction experience within the TikTok app.
Responsibilities
1. Participate in innovative design work for TikTok, a creative short video platform for a global audience.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, UX writers, and engineers, to create exceptional product experiences.
3. Engage in the entire product development process, from concept to implementation, learning and contributing at each stage.
4. Rapidly prototype ideas, design user flows based on data analysis and user research, gather feedback, and iterate to enhance user experience.
5. Learn to integrate user feedback and business requirements into product design for continuous optimization.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Basic understanding of UI/UX design and familiarity with tools like Figma.
* Passionate about design, eager to learn and grow.
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* Foundational understanding of user experience, with willingness to deepen knowledge.
* No extensive work experience required; enthusiasm and potential are key.
