Logistics Support Coordinator – Trend Bayswater
As a Logistics Support Coordinator and valued team member of our Trend Bayswater branch, you will ensure operational issues impacting deliveries or services are communicated appropriately to customers. This role is also responsible for ensuring that our product is ready for delivery or pick up as planned by scheduling the delivery runs for transport and organising packing lists. This is a rapid‐paced environment which will allow you to showcase your planning, organisation, customer service and administration skills.
Responsibilities
* Ensure operational issues impacting deliveries or services are communicated appropriately to customers.
* Ensure product is ready for delivery or pick up by scheduling delivery runs and organising packing lists.
* Work closely with operations and supply chain staff to mark off and locate product appropriately.
* Daily review of deliveries and services to identify gaps and communicate findings.
* Review previous day's deliveries to ensure all are invoiced and identify any issues.
* Participate in daily production meetings.
* Prepare the DIFOT report.
Qualifications
* Ability to multi‐task and prioritise multiple tasks.
* Enthusiasm to work in the rapidly changing and challenging environment.
* Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a high‐pressure environment with tight deadlines.
* Previous experience in a similar transport or service related role.
* Excellent customer service and problem‐solving skills.
* Strong planning, organisation and administration skills.
