About the opportunity
The University's ICT department is embarking on an exciting transformation. As a Workday Systems Administrator you will provide Tier 3 support and deliver enhancements across Workday modules, with a strong emphasis on Recruitment. You will also be responsible for building custom reports, managing standard Workday configurations, and ensuring system integrity and compliance.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Provide day-to-day support to HR teams, managers and staff in using Workday, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, data accuracy and integrity, security and confidentiality.
Resolve issues, manage incidents and escalates system outages for resolution.
Monitor and report performance using metrics, benchmarks and SLAs.
Promote and support ServiceNow usage and associated dashboards.
Collaborate with Functional Leads to assess technical impacts and develop solutions.
Work with ICT to ensure appropriate access levels and maintain HR data security.
About you
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Strong Workday expertise, including integrations.
Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., Concur, Riskware, Ascender/Ceridian).
Exposure to university environments and related policies (preferred).
Skills:
Planning, analysis and communication skills.
Ability to manage strict deadlines and competing priorities.
Understanding of project management principles (scope, time, cost, quality, risk, procurement, integration).
Nice to have:
Workday Extend knowledge.
