About the Role:
Lead day-to-day kitchen operations in a resort setting
Develop and deliver seasonal menus highlighting fresh, local produce
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets
Lead, Train, mentor, and motivate a small kitchen team
Ensure compliance with food safety and WHS standards
About You:
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-quality kitchen
Strong leadership and team management skills
Passion for innovative, guest-focused dining experiences
Excellent organisation and time management abilities
A hands-on leader who thrives in a rapid-paced environment
Ability to thrive in a smaller property environment, with flexibility and initiative
Desire to grow with the resort as it expands its offering
