Coalfields Mechanical & Towing is a mechanical repair business, which has been servicing the mechanical repair needs of Blackwater and surrounding suburbs for over 17 years.
About the Role
We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our team. This role requires someone who is extremely reliable and can manage their workflow whilst being a keen communicator with in-house and external parties in fast paced environment.
This position is based in our town workshop located at 12 Wilga Street, Blackwater Qld 4717, position hours are between 7am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Specifically, you will:
* Answer phones
* Book & schedule jobs
* Produce invoices
* Take customer payments
* Offer email support to customers
* Obtain order numbers for repairs
* Liaise with fleet companies
* Assist other administration staff in busy periods
Experience
* Prior invoicing experience
* Excellent communication and computer skills
* Good Microsoft office skills
* Strong attention to detail ability to work to a deadline with minimal supervision
* Ability to multitask
* Well Groomed
* A positive demeanour
* Prior administration experience
Skills
* Ability to accurately collect and record information
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to communicate and report to management
* Ability to multitask operating various computer systems
* Ability to effectively process customer repair invoices
* Ability to build positive relationships and communication channels with clientele
