The Role
We are currently looking for a full-time Night Auditor to join our Front Office team on the overnight shift. This role works closely with the Night Manager to ensure exceptional service is provided to guests 24/7, responding to guest requests, conducting the check-in and check-out process, and conducting the daily night audit process of data input and checking financial reports.
Responsibilities
- Respond to guest requests and ensure exceptional service is provided to guests 24/7.
- Conduct the check-in and check-out processes.
- Perform the nightly audit, including data input and review of financial reports.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or night audit role.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service to create a memorable stay for our guests.
- Meticulous attention to detail when auditing data and financial reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Availability to work shifts rostered between 10:30pm and 7:00am.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekend and holiday periods.
- Previous experience with Opera PMS would be advantageous.
