This is a hybrid role that combines in-office work with the flexibility to work from home.
* Support senior brokers with administration tasks, ensuring seamless delivery of client services.
* Cultivate strong relationships with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
* Contribute to the renewal process by drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports.
* Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain stakeholder relationships with brokers, underwriters, client executives, and managers.
* Enhance the client experience by providing exceptional customer service.
Your Skills and Qualifications
