About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Facility Manager to provide strong, values-led leadership at Aegis Banksia Park. As a key member of the Aegis leadership team, you will be accountable for the day-to-day operations and overall performance of this challenging Facility, while being empowered to manage and influence your own business unit with the support of a broader executive and professional services team.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead all human resources, clinical excellence, operational performance, and resident experience, ensuring that staff deliver the highest standards of care, compliance, and service delivery are consistently achieved.
