Description:

The role of Finance and Operations Supervisor is a critical position within our organization, requiring a strong financial background and excellent leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administration functions of the NSW and NZ Mining divisions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team.

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting or commerce, experience in an inventory-driven business, and proven management skills. They will possess excellent reconciliation skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

* Administration Functions: Oversee all administration functions, including accounts receivable and payable, timesheet and payroll processing, invoicing, service jobs, and facilities management.
* Financial Controls: Strengthen financial controls, ensure compliance with Capex and Asset Management, and manage machine asset sales process.
* Reporting: Provide insightful financial reporting to support strategic decisions.
* Team Leadership: Lead and support the Admin Team to foster collaboration and high performance.


Requirements:

* Tertiary Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting or commerce.
* Experience: Experience in an inventory-driven business, preferably with management experience.
* Skills: Excellent reconciliation skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
