Our Hays Sydney office is seeking a full time permanent Payroll Officer - Superannuation Specialist. This role commences immediately. This role provides support to the superannuation function, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and payment of superannuation and other employee entitlements. Deliver exceptional customer service in the superannuation and employee benefits field.
**Your new role**
- Superannuation reporting to agreed monthly schedules
- Follow up and repayment of returned superannuation contributions
- Maintain strong relationships with superannuation and long service leave providers
- Monitor changes to legislation
- Answer all queries professionally, in a timely manner and with a solutions approach
- Maintain employee records for accurate superannuation reporting
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional phone manner and a high standard of customer service
- A 'can do' attitude and self-motivated approach
- Resilient and confident in dealing with challenging enquiries
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite
- Systems knowledge
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to work autonomously and under pressure
