Goldfields Oasis is seeking a friendly, reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, dependable and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
As the first point of contact for our community, you will provide exceptional service, assist with memberships and bookings, and support the smooth operation of daily front desk activities.
This position requires availability to open the Centre on weekdays, working from 4:45am to 1:15pm. Due to the importance of this role in ensuring the Centre opens on time and operates smoothly, we are seeking someone who is highly organised and reliable, with the ability to commit to the position on a long-term and consistent basis.
