Project Manager Opportunity
An experienced Contracts Administrator is required to join a high-performing project team delivering a major education project in Cairns.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a contractor known for strong commercial systems, financial stability and a solid pipeline of complex building projects across Australia. You will work closely with the Project Manager and site leadership team, playing a key role in the successful commercial delivery of the project.
* Please administer and manage subcontract and trade packages from procurement through to final account.
* Please lead subcontract tendering, assessments and award recommendations.
* Please manage progress claims, variations and cost control processes.
* Please support monthly commercial reporting, including cost forecasting and cash flow analysis.
