In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
* Configuring and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding)
* Managing workflows, business rules, and integration logic.
* Drive governance, documentation, and end‐to‐end testing
* Partner with stakeholders to deliver analytics and process improvements
About You
* You are an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional with a passion for structured processes and continuous improvement.
* You have a proven background in SAP systems administration with high standards of process, documentation and change‐control.
* You possess a demonstrated capability across Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding and Integration Suite modules.
* You have a strong business‐analytics mindset, able to translate system data into insights and governance frameworks.
* You are able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder skills, able to lead change, drive documentation and ensure repeatable, auditable processes.
