The Department of Customer Service is looking for a strategic and dynamic Manager, ICT/Digital Assurance to lead the implementation of our Digital Assurance Framework, and to provide assurance, insight and confidence across major digital investments.
In this pivotal role, you will:
* Lead assurance across complex, high-value ICT and digital programs
* Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and investment outcomes
Provide high-level advice to senior stakeholders on performance, risks, and opportunities
* Influence and build trusted relationships across government and industry
Shape the governance and transparency of NSW's digital investments
We are seeking an experienced Assurance Leader with strong understanding of ICT/digital project delivery, governance and stakeholder engagement in dynamic, large-scale environments. You will bring strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to influence at all levels to drive better outcomes for NSW citizens.
