**What do they do?**
Being a relatively new company, this company is rapidly growing and already achieving great success - with high demand for products. They are an e-commerce business providing a diverse range of products to both retailers and customers directly.
**What will your role involve?**
Working across a number of different brands, your duties will vary from day to day and include;
- Follow through any product enquiries, resolve issues and escalate to the appropriate department if/when required
- Provide customers with updates on delivery estimates, order status/changes and stock availability
- Liaise with courier companies and occasionally retailers such as Amazon, Harvey Norman and Temple & Webster
- From time to time you will assist with looking after the on site showroom and liaise with customers face to face
- Assess and facilitate returns and resolve any complaints as required
**What you will need **
- This is a varied role that will be both stimulating and challenging
- You will have a passion for customer service and willing to go the extra mile
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- As the role will be both office based and occasionally in the showroom, you will need to be adaptable to multitask as needed
- You will have excellent communication, and ability to work in a small team where you proactively contribute to achieving results
