Project Engineering support (Temp) - Energy Division
Camco Engineering is immediately seeking an experienced Project Engineer providing project execution services on a casual basis (24 hrs/week) for 3 months, preferably at our Canning Vale office.
This role is expected to provide services primarily for our ongoing project at Kwinana, to remove (marine lift) mechanical equipment, transport and refurbish at Camco Workshop.
Responsibilities include:
* Prepare and monitor project scheduling, cost control, and quality control for assigned projects.
* Develop project execution plans including ITPs, work packaging and installation procedures for installation and maintenance works.
* Subcontractor & supplies management – purchase tools, materials, goods and services in a manner that are techno‐commercially fit.
* Assist with the preparation of project progress and technical reports and ensure completeness and accuracy of the reports.
Background/Qualifications:
* Relevant Mechanical tertiary qualifications and substantial professional experience within the Oil & Gas / Marine Heavy Lifts sectors.
* Demonstrated track record in engineering consultancy services with client‐facing technical content.
* Ideally experience in consultancy background including site exposure, sub‐contractor management and fair understanding of construction and commissioning interfaces.
* Advanced technical writing skills, able to synthesize multi‐disciplinary inputs into clear, compelling narratives.
