They're now looking for a Product Development Manager to help build and deliver new energy products and solutions that add real value to their customers.
What You'll Be Doing
This role is all about end-to-end product delivery; taking ideas, shaping them into viable solutions, and making sure they actually get implemented.
You'll be identifying opportunities to add value to existing customers through new products and services, then owning the process through to delivery. That includes working with the business to shape new offerings, assessing viability at a practical level, collaborating with internal and external partners, and ensuring successful rollout into the business.
While there is a commercial elements, such as putting together business cases and models, the focus is equally on execution, coordination, and delivery.
You'll work closely across the business, from technology through to sales and marketing, to keep initiatives moving, remove blockers, and ensure outcomes are delivered.
Day to Day, You'll Be:
* Understanding the energy landscape and where opportunities exist
* Identifying new product and solution ideas that add value to customers and the business
* Shaping and structuring new offerings in a practical, deliverable way
* Working with partners and internal teams to bring products to life
* Embedding new solutions into existing workflows, systems, and operations
* Supporting sales to ensure what's been built works in the real world
You'll Be Responsible For:

* You're commercially sharp with experience in solution or product development
* Able to build simple models to support product viability, pricing, and profitability
* You understand how energy contracts, renewables, efficiency initiatives, or distributed assets work in practice
* Able to map end-to-end processes and drive operational implementation
* Comfortable working with external partners and contributing to commercial agreements
* You can sit between product, finance, operations, and sales and bring everything together
